The short version

The Samurai Code app collects no data. Everything you write and do in the app stays on your device. This website uses anonymous, aggregate visitor analytics (Google Analytics) — see “This website” below.

What we do not collect

• No account is required, and none is created.
• Your quiz answers, your personal code (rules), your practice history, and your reflections are stored only in local storage on your device. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party.
• The app uses no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking of any kind.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of that data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

Notifications

If you enable the daily reminder, the notification is scheduled locally on your device. No notification data leaves your device.

Data deletion

Deleting the app deletes all of your data, because all of it lives on your device.

This website

This support website (hosted on GitHub Pages) uses Google Analytics to count anonymous, aggregate visits — for example, how many people opened a link from one of our videos. This is separate from the app: it applies only to pages on this site, never to anything you do inside the app. We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifier through this site, and we do not sell or share this data. Google's handling of analytics data is described in Google's Privacy Policy.

Changes

If this policy ever changes (for example, if we add optional cloud sync), we will update this page and note it in the app before any new data practice takes effect.
